Sample is an asset to the school. Their convern for others and ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders is terrific. One area for development lies in resource planning. Needs to be a little stronger in fighting for the needs of the school. Could delegate more. Planning sometimes suffers because of focus on consultation and stakeholders.

Great people person. Visionary when it comes to consulting others and engaging them in the school.

Planning is a bit adhoc. Would be even more effective if Sample used the skills of others around to get the equipment we need.

Sample has a real vision and develops strong relationships across the school community. Sample has a real concern for fairness and equity.

Sample needs to develop a broader understanding of policies. Must also work harder to get the resources we need.

Very strong people person. An inspiration in front of school and community groups. Great presenter.

Sample does not really focus on the Curriculum Framework or learning theory. Whilst Samples approach is very practical and student focused our learning programs could be better targeted.

Sample listens to everyone. It is a pleasure to work with Sample.
