We offer an opportunity to get feedback from a group of staff on your organisation's performance by undertaking our staff survey process. The steps are:

• The staff survey Introductory Offer uses one of our standard staff surveys
• You select up to 10 staff to provide feedback. Please make sure that these people are willing and able to participate.
• You register the staff details on the web following the steps below
• We will send the survey to all staff
• We will follow up with reminders to get the surveys completed
• We will produce a staff survey report and send it to you
• Given the small size of the staff group, some reports (like Demographics Reports and Sub Unit Reports) will not be provided in order to protect the confidentiality of individual responses

The Introductory Offer is open to organisations that has not previously used Full Circle Feedback. The aim of the offer is to assist organisations evaluate our staff survey process and at the same time obtain valuable staff feedback.

There is no fee for our Introductory Offer.

Staff selection is very important. Please choose people who:

• Would be in a position to provide “valuable” feedback
• Have been with the organisation for a reasonable amount of time
• Will provide candid, constructive feedback
