Department of Human Services – Government

“Your product and service is the best that I have come across.”
— Muriel Marczynski, Department of Human Services, Victoria

Full Circle Feedback provides 360 degree feedback services to the Department of Human Services Executives and Managers. Full Circle Feedback won these projects as a result of public tenders. We worked with a steering committee to develop the strategy, aims, policies and project plans. The process involved comprehensive survey design based on their Executive Capability Set, survey validation, a comprehensive communication strategy, web-based 360 degree feedback process, one-on-one feedback processes for executives and managers and follow up coaching sessions with an emphasis upon developing action plans.

As part of this comprehensive process FCF, in conjunction with DHS, has developed a Next Steps model which focuses upon Learning and Action. Participants are assisted to complete a development plan. A Resource Kit was produced and distributed to all participants to inform and guide optional development activities.

The project has been very favourably evaluated by the Department and approval rolled out further leaders and managers. The vast majority of participants thought that 360-degree feedback was worthwhile for the organization.

Cardno - Infrastructure Services

“ We liked the Full Circle Feedback survey design process and reports . Our advice when developing the survey is to make sure the results will be at the level of detail you require to make the data meaningful. Run a pilot to test the technology and the process. Find an expert provider that will give it respect, confidentiality and objectivity .”

Sensis - Information Services

“I must also say, quite genuinely, that I'm really impressed with the FCF survey report/tools, your fabulous service levels and your responsiveness to our own particular needs and priorities.”
— Gabe Edwards, Organisational Development

Sensis is the leading provider of directory services in Australia. Full Circle is currently working with all leaders in Sensis. The target group of 300 participants is undertaking 360 degree feedback as part of a leadership development program. We worked with Sensis to develop a customised survey to reflect the leadership qualities required to ensure their ongoing strong performance in the marketplace. An initial pilot project completed in 2004 was very positively evaluated by participants and raters. Ninety percent of participants rated the debrief session as valuable and the remaining 10 per cent tended to agree with this perception.

Department of Education and Training

“As a Director, I think the process has a lot of value to school administrators. It is a simple tool that can provide extremely valid feedback. This kind of review is not often independently obtained by principals and deputies in order to embark on a process of genuine self-improvement. I will be encouraging many of my colleagues to undertake the process during this term.”
— Jim Watterston, District Director

Full Circle Feedback has worked with the Department of Education and Training Western Australia since 1999. Full Circle Feedback projects are run in partnership with the Leadership Centre, Districts and DETWA administration staff. FCF conducts 360 degree feedback projects for Directors, Principals, Deputy Principals, HOLA's and aspiring leaders. Feedback from projects has been extremely positive.

Full Circle Feedback is available to DETWA staff via the Leadership Centre website eliminating administrative burden. Developments in accreditation and the leadership competency framework have been incorporated into the Full Circle Feedback process.
