Feedback case study

"As a Director, I think the process has a lot of value to school administrators. It is a simple tool that can provide extremely valid feedback.

This kind of review is not often independently obtained by principals and deputies in order to embark on a process of genuine self-improvement.

I will be encouraging many of my colleagues to undertake the process during this term."

Department of Education and Training

Full Circle Feedback have worked with the Department of Education and Training Western Australia since 1999.

Full Circle Feedback projects were run in partnership with the Leadership Centre, several districts and selected DETWA administration staff. Feedback from those projects was very positive. The Leadership Centre went on to select Full Circle Feedback for 360-degree feedback projects and produced a promotional video involving advocates from the initial projects.

Full Circle Feedback was then made available to DETWA staff via the Leadership Centre website. Since that time, Full Circle Feedback has continued to be available to Education leaders and staff. Developments in accreditation and the leadership competency framework have now created a greater need for assessment tools like Full Circle Feedback.

Full Circle Feedback has undergone further advances and is now available via the Internet, with enhanced processes eliminating administrative burden.
