Woodside Energy - Oil and gas industry

Woodside has used Full Circle Feedback extensively since 1999 with in excess of 2000 participants undertaking the process.

FCF is used as a development tool in three of their leadership development programs as well as their Frontline Management Program . FCF also forms a development component of the Woodside performance management system. Surveys are based upon their leadership competency framework. Benchmarks have also been conducted.

Woodside recently conducted a business case in which FCF was benchmarked against other 360-degree feedback tools and providers. The business case concluded:

“…we didn’t come across any other service providers that come close to FCF or close to the level of service we receive from FCF”…. Woodside business case".


Subsequently, FCF was chosen for ongoing use across the organisation.

The following results were received by an internally conducted evaluation survey of 1000 participants:85% had used the results to take action or change as a result of their participation in the process
  • 82% felt the process was a worthwhile investment
  • 88% felt the process was easy process to follow
  • 84% found the presentation of results assisted their learning and insight
  • 94% indicated they understood their FCF results
  • 83% felt that repeating the FCF process would benefit ongoing development
  • 85% would recommend the FCF process to others or knew someone who would benefit from undertaking the process.
