| Full Circle Feedback provides 360 degree feedback services to the Department of Human Services Executives and Managers. Full Circle Feedback won this project as a result of a public tender. In 2003 we conducted a pilot project with 40 executives, including the Director General. We worked with a steering committee to develop the strategy, aims, policies and project plans. The process involved comprehensive survey design based on their Executive Capability Set, survey validation, a comprehensive communication strategy, web-based 360 degree feedback process, one-on-one feedback processes for all executives with an emphasis upon developing action plans, and analysis and presentation of group feedback results to the Department Executive. As part of this comprehensive process FCF, in conjunction with DHS, has developed a Next Steps model which focuses upon Learning and Action. Participants were assisted to complete a development plan. A Resource Kit was produced and distributed to all participants to inform and guide optional development activities. The project was very favourably evaluated by the Department and approval was gained to roll out the project to a further 80 executives. The vast majority of participants thought that 360-degree feedback was worthwhile for the organization. 93% of pilot participants thought that 360-degree feedback was worthwhile for the organization. 100% of pilot participants thought that 360-degree feedback furthered their personal and professional development. We have completed the major implementation and the evaluation was equally positive. "Your product and service is the best that I have come across."
