University of Melbourne

The University of Melbourne has been using 360 degree feedback for some years and recently changed supplier to Full Circle Feedback after piloting the process. We have recently conducted a project for the Vice Principals and we are about to commence a project for their Spectrum Leadership Program.

We designed a survey based upon The University Executive Competency Framework and conducted one-on-one feedback sessions. We have worked with each individual to create Development Plans and will follow these through over a four month period. Participants were all provided with a Next Steps model and development options.The unique FCF results Tracker will provide a follow up mechanism through the development process.
