Maryanne developed Full Circle Feedback and built the company. Maryanne has designed and implemented feedback projects in over 200 major public and private organisations. Maryanne is a qualified psychologist with strong skills and experience in coaching, facilitation, strategic planning, performance management, change facilitation and leadership development.

Mark Sinclair – Director (MBA with Distinction, Grad Dip Bus., Grad Dip Management)

Mark has significant experience planning and implementing large-scale feedback projects. He has assisted more than 150 leading organisations implement feedback projects. Mark also has over 10 years management consulting experience implement strategic and organisational change programs.

Mark Hands (B.Sc, B.Ed, AFNZIM, M.A.C.E.)

Mark's background is in the field of leadership where he has experience in the facilitation of feedback projects in both large and small organisations. His experience in leadership development feeds his commitment to the benefits of the Full Circle Feedback process in both personal and organisational development.

Rick Chazan - Senior Consultant (B.Ec LLB.)

Rick has extensive experience in planning and implementing of 360 degree feedback projects in both the private and public sector. Rick has particularly strong interpersonal skills and strengths in leadership development, mentoring, coaching and strategic planning. He has a strong entrepreneurial background and a wealth of experience founding a number of award winning business ventures in Australia.
