Survey troubleshooting - You have been asked for a "Username" but you were not given one (or you are having difficulty accessing the survey)
If you were asked to enter a Username yet the email instructions contained only a web link and a Password (or you experienced difficulty with your Username and Password) this may be caused by your local network or computer settings, such as:
- The security and privacy settings on your computer being set very high
- Computer caching (your personal computer or your network presenting web pages from memory and not live pages from the web)
- The web link in the email may have been broken due to your email program settings
If you understand the use of security settings you may wish to try changing the security settings on your computer and retry accessing the survey using the original email instructions. Otherwise, please try the following alternative method to access the survey.
Alternative Instructions
- Click this link (to bring up a fresh log-in page) http://www.fullcirclefeedback.com/asp/login2.asp
- Enter your email address as the "Username"
- Enter the password provided in the email from Full Circle Feedback
- Click "Continue"
- Follow the instructions to complete the survey/s
