We are pleased to offer our Executive 360 degree feedback process using one of our proven executive leadership surveys.

We offer executives an opportunity to get feedback on their leadership performance by participating in our Executive 360 degree feedback process. The steps are:
- You select a group of people to provide you with feedback (your raters). Please make sure that your raters are willing and able to participate.
- You register your raters on the web following the steps below
- We will send the survey to all your raters. You will also be asked to complete a self assessment.
- We will follow up with reminders to get the surveys completed
- We will produce your feedback report and send it to you with an interpretation guide
The Executive 360 is open to individual executives who are interested in getting valuable feedback about their performance. The Executive 360 uses one of our proven executive leadership surveys. Please contact us if you would like Full Circle Feedback to customise a survey for organisation.
The fee for the Executive 360 is AUD220.00 (including GST) or USD180.00 outside Australia. We will invoice on completion of the process and delivery of your report.
Rater selection is very important. Please choose people who:
- You would “value” receiving feedback from
- Are in a position to observe you on a regular basis
- Will provide candid, constructive feedback
- Are willing and able to participate
Easy answer! - Only you (the participant) or the people they share it with. Full Circle Feedback undertakes to restrict the provision of your report and feedback to the participant and no one else (unless authorised by the participant).
Complete the form below with your name and email details and click ‘Register’. You will then be taken to a registration page where you can enter your rater details. Your survey process will start within 24 hours.
